Caitlin’s Therapeutic Approach

Caitlin believes therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real‑world application. Her approach draws on mindfulness and the mind‑body connection as foundational frameworks for healing, especially for clients who experience somatic symptoms or distress.

Why Caitlin Became a Therapist

Caitlin has always felt deeply drawn to supporting others. From a young age, her empathy and intuition helped her connect with people on a meaningful level. Over her own personal and professional journey, she gained firsthand insight into how emotions, body awareness, and life experience shape well‑being — especially as it relates to body image and self‑esteem.

Her passion for ending stigma toward mental health led her to early research and advocacy roles, and ultimately to earning her Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Addictions and Substance Abuse.

Today, she brings that lived experience into her work — helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as whole individuals.

Education, Licensure & Experience:

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida (This means she has completed her graduate degree and is waiting to be licensed)

Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with certification in Addictions and Substance Abuse
