My Therapy Approach: As a bilingual Latina clinician, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, offering culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors your lived experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, isolated, or misunderstood. Drawing from client-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop practical coping strategies. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, or emotional pain, I offer a compassionate and grounded approach tailored to your unique needs.

Why I Became a Therapist: I became a therapist because I witnessed firsthand the impact of mental health treatment on individuals, and I saw the need for more bilingual therapists. I was born in Argentina and immigrated to the U.S when I was only 4 years old. Throughout my childhood I watched my family struggle not just financially, but mentally. I observed how the stigmatization of mental illness in the Hispanic community prevented individuals from receiving the treatment they needed, and if they were able to break down this barrier, they then struggled to find Spanish speaking therapist that could help them. I decided I wanted to help close that gap by becoming a therapist myself and making an impact in my community.
