What mental health insurances do you accept?

To better serve you our providers do accept the following insurances: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS of Massachusetts, United, Oscar and Oxford.

We offer a sliding scale of $120 to $175, based on which therapist you decide to partner with.

We happily accept HSA cards and Flex Spending credit cards with sufficient funds.

Are you seeing counseling clients in the office?

Yes, we have in person sessions at our Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida locations. Please ask when you call or email to schedule.

What is your counseling cancelation policy?

24 hours (the day before at the same time of your session) if not we do collect the entire session fee.

What states are you eligible to see therapy clients in?

Anywhere in Florida, Utah and Massachusetts (coaching clients through Serene Mind Coaching + Wellness can see us worldwide).

In case of any mental health, suicidal, homicidal or any emergency please call 911 at any time.
